Carlinville Area Hospital
Carlinville Area Hospital is located in Carlinville, Illinois at 1001 East Morgan Street. Carlinville is located directly between Springfield, Illinois and St. Louis, Missouri, just off Interstate 55. Carlinville is also the county seat for Macoupin County, and has been recognized as one of the "100 best small towns in America."
Physical Therapy
Carlinville Area Hospital's Outpatient Physical Therapy department moved in 2005 from the hospital, to it's current, newly renovated location, which is just northwest of the hospital at 912 East Morgan Street.
Sleep Lab
Carlinville Area Hospital's Sleep Lab is located just east of the hospital, across the parking lot, at 1115 East Morgan Street. A new service offered at Carlinville Hospital, the sleep lab is a modern facility with all the comforts of home.
Patient Services / Human Resources
Patient Services and Human Resource offices are located across the street, just north of the hosipital at 912 East Morgan Street.
Patient Services can help patients with questions or concerns regarding their hospital bills or insurance problems. Patients can also call or stop in to make payment arrangements on account balances where insurance may not have covered the full amount of the bill. Patients without insurance may also set up payment arrangements through the Credit Collections department.
Human Resources is available for any employment questions, including job vacancies and employment applications.
