September - 2010Carlinville Area Hospital Announces Employee of the Fourth Quarter
Kelly Halteman was recently selected as Carlinville Area Hospital’s Employee of the Quarter for the 4th quarter 2008. Kelly has been employed with the Hospital since 2005 in the Medical Records Department. She started as a Medical Records Review Clerk and in January 2007 was promoted to Non-Certified Coder.
“Kelly is a great worker and a wonderful person,” stated her nomination from a co-worker. “She exemplifies sincere dedication by working flexible hours and picking up additional duties to benefit the hospital. She doesn’t take accuracy lightly.”
“Kelly is able to facilitate throughout the Medical Records Department, whatever needs done she recognizes and does,” stated Jennifer Toedte, Director of Medical Records. “The greatest thing about Kelly is that she understands the needs of the department and is flexible with her schedule to help us meet and exceed our goals.”
As Employee of the Quarter, Kelly received a parking space of her choice for three months along with a $100 Wal-Mart Gift Card. She will also be a candidate for Employee of the Year.
