Employee Relations Coordinator

The Employee Relations Coordinator functions as a Human Resources Generalist and is responsible for the daily functions of the HR department. This is a full time, day shift exempt position scheduled for 80 hour each two week pay period.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or 1-2 years relevant experience.
  • Working knowledge of current HR and benefit regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
