HVACR Technician
Position Summary:
The Maintenance HVACR Technician is responsible for performing hands-on maintenance and repair functions. This position ensures efficient, safe, and regulatory-compliant operation of all hospital and clinic facilities. This position performs skilled work in the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial and industrial HVACR systems. It also ensures a comfortable and climate-controlled environment for building occupants while maintaining compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and manufacturer specifications.

Status: Full Time (40 hours per week); Non-Exempt; Days; on call rotation
Market Range: $25.00 - $38.00 / hour
Education and Skill Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED required. Technical certification or trade school training in HVACR or a related field preferred
- Three to Five (3-5) years’ experience in commercial or industrial HVACR system maintenance and repair
- Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and building systems required
- Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical & building systems required
- Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams and technical manuals
- Proficient with tools and diagnostic equipment used in HVACR repair
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods of time
