Perioperative RN
Position Summary:
The Perioperative Registered Nurse in our Surgery Department provides comprehensive nursing care to patients before, during, and after surgical procedures within the surgery department. This role includes assessing patient needs, preparing them for surgery, maintaining a safe and sterile environment in the operating room, and monitoring patient status throughout the perioperative continuum.
Department: Surgical Services
Status: Full -Time (80 hours per pay); Non-Exempt; Day Shift
Pay Range: $36.00 - $56.00 / hour
Position Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current IL RN license in good standing.
- Current CPR or willingness to obtain.
- ACLS preferred.

Scrub Tech
Position Summary:
The surgical technologist in the first scrub role handles the instruments, supplies, and equipment necessary during the surgical procedure.
Department: Surgery
Status: Full-Time; Non-Exempt; Days; 40 hours per week; M-F
Pay Range: $20.00 - $30.00 / Hour
Position Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or Certified Scrub Tech (CST)
- Current IL License in good standing or CST
- Experience in the surgery environment required; preferably in orthopedic cases
- Current BLS (or willingness to obtain)

PRN - Sterile Processor
Position Summary:
The Sterile Processor prepares, sterilizes, installs, assembles, or cleans healthcare equipment necessary during the surgeries, examinations and medical procedures.

Status: PRN - As Needed
Position Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Sterile Processing experience preferred but not required
- Current BLS, RST and/or CNA (or willingness to obtain).
- Current CRCST and CER Certifications or willingness to obtain within 6-12 months after being hired.

- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or practical nursing.
- Current IL RN or LPN license in good standing.

- 1+ years of nursing experience.
