HIM Specialist

Position Summary:

The HIM Specialist performs a variety of functions related to processing, maintenance and security of patient health records.

Department: HIM

Status: Full-Time, 40 hours per week, Non-Exempt, Days

Education Requirements: High School Diploma or GED; two years of related experience and/or training preferred.

Market Range: $16.00 - $26.00 / Hour

Competencies and Skills: Customer Service oriented, computer skills, ability to learn various software programs.
