Phlebotomist / Lab Assistant
Position Summary:
The Phlebotomist/Lab Assistant draws blood or other specimens from patients in hospital, or similar facilities for analysis or other medical purposes.
Department: Laboratory
Status: Full Time | 80 hours per two week pay period
Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Phlebotomist certification or prior phlebotomy experience
Market Range: $16.00 - $25.00/hr
Competencies and Skills:
- Possess excellent customer service skills
- Efficiently and accurately perform basic data entry
- Frequently required to stand and walk, occasionally required to sit and stoop, kneel, or crouch
- Valid driver's license
