Biography:

A Macoupin County native with more than nine years of experience in medicine, Stevi Johnson, FNP-BC is excited to be “back home” at Carlinville Area Hospital & Clinics, serving our rural communities with primary and walk-in services for patients of all ages. To Stevi, the opportunity to provide compassionate healthcare for her community is a tremendous honor. As a board-certified family nurse practitioner, Stevi has a special interest in behavioral health for Medicare patients and managing obesity. She previously worked in Express Care and has extensive experience in emergency medicine and related research. In her free time, Stevi enjoys spending time with her husband and their children.
