Maintenance Supervisor / HVACR Technician

Position Summary:

Oversees daily operations of the Maintenance Department while performing hands-on maintenance and repair functions related to HVACR equipment. 

Department: Maintenance

Status: Full Time (40 hours per week); Non-Exempt; Days; on call rotation

Education Requirements: 

• High School Diploma or GED required, plus technical or vocational training in HVACR preferred
• EPA Section 608 Certification 

Market Range: $37.00 - $52.00 / hour 

Competencies and Skills: 

• 5+ years in commercial or industrial HVACR system maintenance & repair
• Technical certification or trade school training in HVACR or related field preferred. 
• Previous supervisory or lead experience preferred
• Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical & building systems required
• Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams and technical manuals
• Proficient with tools and diagnostic equipment used in HVACR repair
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods of time
