BehavioralHealthThe goal of SELF is in our very name: Seniors Enjoying Life Fully. Sometimes a helping hand is all you need to get your life back on track. The proper guidance and regular attention of experienced professionals can lead to improved lifestyle as well as better overall health.

The SELF program offers individualized care in a warm, supportive environment and assists our senior patients who are experiencing difficulty navigating life’s challenges. This program, which is currently available to Medicare recipients, is unique to this region and will serve all the surrounding counties.
