Position Summary:
The Carlinville Rural Health Clinic is looking for a receptionist who will be able responsible for greeting patients, scheduling appointments, registering patients, reviewing charts for accuracy, scanning documents into charts among a variety of other clerical tasks.
Department: Carlinville Rural Health Clinic
Status: Full-Time; 40 hours per week; Non-Exempt; Days; rotating weekends
Pay Range: $15.00 - $25.00 / hour
Education Requirements: High school diploma or GED
Competencies and Skills:
- Ability to work with and learn different coding/classification systems.
- Knowledge of physician office coding, ICD-9 and CPT.
- Medical office certification preferred

RN/LPN/MA - RHC - Virden
Position Summary:
The Rural Health Clinic RN/LPN/MA provides prescribed medical treatment and personal care services to ill, injured, convalescent, and disabled patients in the Rural Health Clinics. This position is primarily based in Virden; however, travel to our other clinic locations in Gillespie, Girard, and/or Carlinville may be required as needed.
Department: Rural Health Clinic - Virden
Status: Full-Time (40 hours per week); Non-Exempt; Day Shift; Weekend Rotation
Pay Range:
MA/CMA: $18 - $30 per hour
LPN: $22 - $34 per hour
RN: $30 - $45 per hour
Position Requirements:
MA/CMA: Completion of school for Registered or Certified MA and three to six months of related experience; Current Certification for MA; CPR/BLS certification Full Benefits Overview: Click Here
