Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN)
Position Summary:
The Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN), under the direction of the primary care physician, provides health maintenance as well as care to patients with common acute and chronic illness. The APRN is responsible for directing a patient's care that is comprehensive, continuous and coordinated. The APRN is also responsible for health assessment, early detection of illness, health promotion, and disease prevention. Collaboration with the patient's primary/personal physician and referral to other health care providers, patient advocacy, teaching and family counseling are major components of the responsibilities.

Pay Range: $123,000 / Year
Education Requirements: Graduate of an accredited NP Program
Competencies and Skills:
- Current IL APRN license in good standing
- Current DEA license in good standing
- Current BLS required

Pay Range: $15.00 - $25.00 / hour
Education Requirements: High school diploma or GED
Competencies and Skills:
- Ability to work with and learn different coding/classification systems.
- Knowledge of physician office coding, ICD-9 and CPT.
- Medical office certification preferred

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field required; Master's degree in a related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of progressive healthcare management experience; preferably in a multi-site clinic or ambulatory setting
- Proven experience in provider relations, operational leadership and strategic planning
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel between clinic sites
