Receptionist - RHC Carlinville
Position Summary:
The Carlinville Rural Health Clinic is looking for a receptionist who will be able responsible for greeting patients, scheduling appointments, registering patients, reviewing charts for accuracy, scanning documents into charts among a variety of other clerical tasks.
Department: Carlinville Rural Health Clinic
Status: Full-Time; 40 hours per week; Non-Exempt; Days; rotating weekends
Pay Range: $15.00 - $25.00 / hour
Education Requirements: High school diploma or GED
Competencies and Skills:
- Ability to work with and learn different coding/classification systems.
- Knowledge of physician office coding, ICD-9 and CPT.
- Medical office certification preferred

Position Summary:
CAH&C is looking for a Rural Health Clinic Director who can provide comprehensive leadership for all Rural Health Clinic (RHC) operations within Carlinville Area Hospital & Clinics. Reporting directly to an executive leader, this position serves as the key liaison between providers, clinic leaders, and executive leadership, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and the delivery of exceptional patient care.
Department: Rural Health Clinic
Status: Full-Time; 40 hours per week; Exempt; Days
Pay Range:
$70,000 - $115,000 annual
Job Skills: Staff Leadership, operational oversight, staffing development, financial & compliance management and other essential leadership competencies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field required; Master's degree in a related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of progressive healthcare management experience; preferably in a multi-site clinic or ambulatory setting
- Proven experience in provider relations, operational leadership and strategic planning
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel between clinic sites
