Clinical Informatics Nurse - Rural Health Clinic
Position Summary:
The Clinical Informatics Nurse participates in the development, implementation and evaluation of electronic medical record (EMR) as it applies to the Rural Health Clinic system.
Department: Rural Health Clinic
Status: Full-Time; 80 hours per two week pay period; Days; Exempt.
Education/Licenses/Certification Requirements:
- IL Nursing License in good standing and without disciplinary action.
- Bachelor's in Healthcare or Information Sciences preferred; minimum of 3 years of clinical experience including medical terminology knowledge.
- Microsoft Windows operating system and office products knowledge. Must have been a user in an EMR environment or have been involved in the implementation of an EMR.

Nurse Technician
Position Summary:
The Nurse Technician assists the nursing staff and providers while maintaining a professional work environment in the Rural Health Clinic.
Department: Rural Health Clinic
Status: Full-Time; 80 hours per two week pay period; Days; Non-Exempt; Serve in the weekend rotation at the Carlinville RHC.
Education Requirement:
- Currently enrolled student in an RN or LPN program; a CNA; or trained phlebotomist.
- Current CPR/BLS Certification or willingness to obtain within 6months of employment.

RN/LPN/CMA/RMA - Carlinville Rural Health Clinic
Position Summary:
The Carlinville Rural Health Clinic is looking for a RN, LPN, or MA who will be able to provide prescribed medical treatment and personal care services to ill, injured, convalescent, and disabled parties in the rural health setting.
Department: Rural Health Clinic
Status: Full-Time; 40 hours per week; Non-Exempt; Days; possible rotating weekends
Education Requirements: Varies depending on applicant's credentials.
RN - Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing; Current Illinois Nursing License in good standing without disciplinary action
LPN - Graduate of approved school for Licensed Practical Nursing and three to six months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination; Current IL license as a LPN
MA - Completion of approved school for Registered or Certified Medical Assistant and three to six months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination; Current Certification for registered medical assistant.
Competencies and Skills:
- Current BLS required
- ACLS preferred
