Cardiopulmonary Manager
Position Summary:
The Cardiopulmonary Manager oversees Cardiac Rehabilitation, Pulmonary Rehabilitation, Sleep Lab and Cardiac Stress Testing services. This role provides leadership and operational direction to ensure high-quality diagnostic testing and therapeutic services for patients with heart, lung, and vascular conditions.

Status: Full-Time; 40 hours per week; Exempt; Days
Market Range: $83,000 - $128,000 annual
Position Requirements:
- BS in Respiratory Therapy or related field required, with six months to one year of management experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Current IL license in good standing
- Current CRP

Respiratory Therapist
Position Summary:
Our Respiratory Therapists administer respiratory therapy care and life support to patients with deficiencies and abnormalities of the cardiopulmonary system. They administer treatment and testing of patients with heart, lung, and blood vessel disorders under supervision of a Physician and by diagnostic prescription.
Department: Cardiopulmonary
Status: Night Shift; Non-Exempt; Full-Time; 72 hours/ pay (0.9 FTE); 12-hour shifts
Pay Range:
- Certified: $29 - $42 / hour
- Registered: $32 - $49 / hour
Position Requirements:
- Associate's Degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Licensed with the Department of Professional Regulations.
- RT Registered or Certified
- Current CPR, ACLS, PALS, NRC OR willingness to obtain within 6 months of employment

Position Summary:
