HelpDesk Technician

Position Summary:

The Help Desk Technician assists the department head by installing, configuring, updating, maintaining and troubleshooting computer networks and associated assemblies. 

Department: Information Systems

Status: Full Time (80 hours per 2 week pay); Days; Non-Exempt

Pay Range: $18.00 - $26.00 / hours

Position Requirements:

  • Two-year certificate from college or technical school; two-years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination.
