Position Summary:
Our Physical Therapist plans and administers medically prescribed physical therapy treatment for patients suffering from injuries, or muscle, nerve, joint and bone diseases, to restore function, relieve pain and prevent disability in our Carlinville and/or Virden locations

Market Range: $42.00 - $60.00 / hours
Position Requirements:
- BS, MS, DPT or PhD in Physical Therapy
- Current IL license in good standing
- BLS or willingness to obtain

Speech Language Pathologist (0.8 FTE)
Position Summary:
Our Speech Language Pathologist provide medically prescribed diagnostic and therapeutic services by assessing and treating inpatients and outpatients with disorders of speech, language, voice, literacy, cognition, and/or swallowing within the scope of care as set forth by state practice acts and the American speech and Hearing Association (ASHA).
Department: Speech Therapy
Status: Full-Time; Non-Exempt; Days; 32 hours per week
Position Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current IL license in good standing
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence
- Current CPR or willingness to obtain

PRN COTA or Occupational Therapist
Position Summary:
Our Therapy department delivers occupational therapy interventions that support patients in regaining or improving functional abilities for daily activities. Works under the direction of an Occupational Therapist (for COTA roles) or independently evaluates and develops treatment plans (for OT roles) to maximize patient independence and outcomes.

Status: PRN - as needed
Market Range:
For COTA applicants: $30.00 - $45.00 / hour
For OT applicants: $44.00 - $66.00 / hour
Position Requirements:
- Current IL license in good standing
- BLS or willingness to obtain
- Ability to frequently walk; stand; use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
- Ability to regularly life up to 10 lbs., frequently lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
- For COTA - Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; and six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
- For OT - Fifth year college or University program certificate.
