HVACR Maintenance Technician
Position Summary:
The HVACR Maintenance Technician is responsible for the installation, inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration systems. This position will also be expected to perform other functions within the scope of the Maintenance department.

Status: Full Time (40 hours per week); Non-Exempt; Days; on call rotation
Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required, plus technical or vocational training in HVACR preferred
- EPA Section 608 Certification
Market Range: $25.00 - $38.00 / hour
Competencies and Skills:
- 5+ years in HVACR maintenance, repair or installation. Commercial experience preferred
- Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams and technical manuals
- Proficient with tools and diagnostic equipment used in HVACR repair
- Ability to life up to 50 lbs
- Stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods of time
