Occupational Therapist
Position Summary:
Our Therapy department delivers occupational therapy interventions that support patients in regaining or improving functional abilities for daily activities. The Occupational Therapist plans, organizes and conducts occupational therapy program within the hospital, outpatient services or community settings to facilitate rehabilitation and independence of persons requiring occupational therapy services.

Status: Full-Time (40 hours per week); Non-Exempt; Days
Market Range: $37.00 - $55.00 / hour
Position Requirements:
- Current IL license in good standing
- BLS or willingness to obtain
- Ability to frequently walk; stand; use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
- Ability to regularly life up to 10 lbs., frequently lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
- For OT - Fifth year college or University program certificate.
