Biography:

Dr. Nadler specializes in robotic and laparoscopic surgery for prostate cancer, kidney cancer and bladder cancer as well as robotic reconstructive surgery for ureteral tumors, strictures and blockages. In 2006, Dr. Nadler started the robotic surgery program at Northwestern University and has done over 3,000 robotic and laparoscopic surgery cases.  Dr. Nadler has a research interest in kidney and ureteral stones and specializes in the minimally invasive surgical treatment of kidney and ureteral stones with percutaneous and endoscopic approaches and the medical management and prevention of urinary stone disease. He has written extensively on these topics and regularly presents his work nationally and internationally.

While on the faculty at Northwestern University, Dr. Nadler was regularly awarded for his teaching of residents and medical students. Dr. Nadler completed his residencies in general surgery and urology at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, Mo., where he was an American Cancer Society fellow researching bladder cancer, and his medical degree at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine in Chicago, Ill.
